The password that will be sent to you is a combination of letters and numbers. Make sure that you type in the password exactly as it appears in the e-mail you receive. Once you have logged in successfully, it would be a good idea to change your password to something you will remember. To do that just type in /password in the URL bar AFTER the domain name.
