The
WELCA of St. Paul – Startown includes two circles.
They are the Sunshine Circle and the SIS Circle (Sisters in
Spirit). These circles meet
on a monthly basis and serve as an outreach to the congregation, shut-ins,
community, state and mission studies.
Each year these women plan, organize and carry out different
functions that involve the congregation for fellowship.
Some of the functions that these women carry out each year are a
mission study, spring banquet, ice cream social, Christmas congregational
dinner, and conduct a Sunday worship service.
These circles are very involved.
The year
2003 WELCA president for
St. Paul – Startown is Kathy Simmons.
The Sunshine Circle President is Helen Bowman and the Sisters in
Spirit Circle President is Laura Lutz.
